The Taylor Plan was designed around one question: how does your family live?

The main level flows from a custom kitchen with Homecrest cabinetry, quartz countertops in Blanc Elysee, and a Hoodsley wood hood into a family room anchored by a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace wall with floating shelves and nickle gap shiplap. A sunroom with stained beams opens onto a TimberTech composite deck.

Upstairs, the master suite features a chevron-patterned tray ceiling and a tiled shower with Euro glass enclosure in black hardware. The drop zone, second-floor laundry, and finished lower level with fifth bedroom reflect how life actually moves through a home.

Every detail was selected by the homeowner in consultation with Eagle Creek’s in-house design team.
